Only great things to say about this property. 5 STARS Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed, comfy bed, and great views. We loved the quiet beach on the property, beautiful kept grounds, and pool. We would definitely come back again! Date of arrival - January 17, 2020 Nice property with nice amenities! Date of arrival - December 26, 2019 Penthouse Condo with a Beautiful Oceanview Aloha! 5 STARS Although we had the initial pictures and descriptions, the unit still managed to exceed my expectations and impressed the heck out of my teenager, who exclaimed "Can we LIVE here??!!" after picking her jaw up off the floor upon entry. Essentially, we booked here for the pool, but the quality of the room took our stay from "fabulous" to "absolute perfection."I don’t understand how they keep a place looking this fresh" clean, new, luxuriou"with guests coming and going, but they sure accomplished creating a beautiful home away from home to help make your vacation the best it can be. The pool was as nice as promised, the location was central to where we wanted to go to do tours, see waterfalls and visit beaches, and the Safeway across the street was super handy. Loved being able to look out over the ocean on my lanai breaks and for meals. Communicative and responsive team ensured no questions would go unanswered. Thank you for helping to make my trip to Kauai so wonderful. Date of arrival - August 8, 2019 Penthouse Condo with a Beautiful Oceanview Aloha! 5 STARS This condo is gorgeous! Kitchen is wonderful, and has everything you need, including numerous tuperwear, and plastic cups to take down to the pool! Cooler, and body boards to use to. Bed is very comfortable with a nice ocean view! I was texted the code to the condo, and never had to make contact with Candice. Parking pass, and box of chocolate and a bag for the grocery was all ready for us. As far as I'm concerned that is a thing of beauty. No need to call her, as everything has already been taken care of. Well done! I thought condo was pool and ocean view, but it's only ocean view. The grounds are beautiful and as nice as the kitchen was, we took our food down to the pool every night and grilled by the pool. We never even turned the stove on! We has stayed at this resort before and this unit was gorgeous! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!!! Date of arrival - July 13, 2019 Penthouse Condo with a Beautiful Oceanview Aloha! 5 STARS We really enjoyed our stay. Loved having a view from both the living room and bedroom. The unit also had boogie boards, chairs, and an umbrella which cane in very handy. One note, the couch bed is uncomfortable and you can feel the springs. We luckily found a very large aero bed in the closet and my daughter found it to be very comfortable, and easy to inflate. We recommend Bbq’ing by the pool, lovely grounds and the water slides were awesome. Thanks for a great stay! Date of arrival: December 24, 2018 Lovely Condo 5 STARS Waipouli is our favorite place to stay on the east side of Kauai. The pool is terrific and was just what we needed to cool off in a hot week. Waipouli is convenient to the bike trail which we ride every morning and has a fun Tiki Bar right on the property. This particular condo is well furnished and equipped and has a nice view of the ocean. As usual, Kauai Calls took great care of us. We will be back! Kauai vacation 5 STARS I was very pleased with the room, once I figured out how to get to it. The building lay out is a little tricky, but the room and pool are worth it. The room was exactly as described and perfectly clean. The communication with the property manager was timely and convenient. Absolutely would stay here again. Date of arrival April 1, 2018 Happy renters 5 STARS Most of the time when you rent online it can be scary because the pictures are not always what you get. In this case, it was all that and so much more. My husband and I would rent this place again in a heartbeat. More than enough utensils and everything you would need or can think of were stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. In the ad, it says they will get you started with supplies but not once did we have to go out and buy toilet paper or paper towels or coffee filters, and our stay was 12 days. Yes, they even had coffee with filters, a Keurig coffee maker, a blender, rice maker, and I could go on and on. The place was immaculate when we arrived and the view is exactly as it shows online. You do get that ocean view from the bedroom and the living room. We needed help with the Air conditioner at 9:00 pm and we were able to reach someone for help right away. The entire resort was amazing. The spa, the pool, the restaurant! I could have lived there forever. If you are looking at this property you will not be disappointed. Trust me. Thank you for the wonderful stay! August 5, 2017 Loved Kauai 5 Stars We had a fabulous time. The condo is well located and the facilities very comfortable. While on Kauai we especially enjoyed a helicopter tour of Napali and a kayak, hike, and Zipline adventure. July 11, 2017 Great condo at Waipouli 5 Stars Loved this condo. I usually book through the resort, but did the VRBO thing this time and was not disappointed. Because of the pictures I knew the view I was getting before I got there. Also, the kitchen was better stocked because it had spices, olive oil, vinegar, and other useful items. There were even two great beach chairs to load into the car while exploring the island. I'd definitely book this again. Aptos, CA Date of arrival: March 5, 2017 Beautiful beach side resort close to everything! 5 Stars We had an incredible time staying at the Waipouli Beach Resort. Beautiful condo with everything you might need. The pool was beautiful and not too busy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, gadgets, etc. Outdoor grills at the pool. Very comfortable bed! It's a 20 minute walk to Kapaa and an easy 30 minute drive to the north or south shores for other activities. The check-in/out was super easy and straight forward. Free parking. I highly recommend this to anyone! Also highly recommend a drive up to Secret Beach and a stop at the Kalalea Juice Hale for a smoothie! The Kealia Bike Path is beautiful and the breeze makes it perfect temp biking. March 21, 2017
